Accounts
•  You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login details.
•  You are responsible for all activity under your account.
•  Free trial accounts may be limited to prevent abuse.

Payments & Credits
•  Payments are processed securely via Lemon Squeezy.
•  Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled.
•  Credit packs are one-time purchases and non-refundable.
•  Prices are in GBP (£) and may change with notice.

Affiliate Links & Shorteners
•  If you use affiliate features (e.g. eBay Partner Network, Amazon Associates), you are responsible for compliance with their policies.
•  SlideMint does not guarantee acceptance into affiliate programs.

Acceptable Use

Intellectual Property
•  SlideMint branding, design, and software are owned by OpenVaultGPT.

•  We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Limitation of Liability
•  To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlideMint and OpenVaultGPT are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
•  Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Termination
